Less Risk of Fire
Oil soaked rags present a real fire danger. Stain Pad can drastically reduce this risk since its single layer, porous design allows oil based stains to dry prior without creating heat. While we still recommend allowing your Stain Pad to dry out in the open, away from other combustible materials, you can sleep easy knowing your safe with Stain Pad.
Stain Pad's reservoir and design allow it to provide a much more consistent application without the constant reloading. Because Stain Pad does not have a handle, well, there is nothing to fall off.
